Since donations are made for charitable causes, cancellations are generally not permitted. However, we understand that errors or exceptional situations may arise. In such cases, donation cancellations may be considered under the following conditions:
✅ Duplicate Transaction: If a donor accidentally donates twice for the same cause, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount upon verification.
✅ Technical Errors: If a transaction fails due to payment gateway issues or technical glitches, we will investigate and process the refund if necessary.
✅ Fraudulent Transactions: If a donation is made fraudulently or without the donor's authorization, we will review and process the cancellation request upon receiving valid proof.
✅ Unfulfilled Fundraiser Goal: If a fundraiser does not meet its objective and funds cannot be utilized as intended, donors may request a refund for their contributions.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date. The refund process follows these steps:
1️⃣ Submit a Request: Email us at admin@joyfuldonation.com or call +91 96194 80252 with donation details (name, transaction ID, date, and reason for refund).
2️⃣ Verification: Our support team will review the request, verify the claim, and assess eligibility.
3️⃣ Processing the Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
🚫 Non-Refundable Donations: Donations used for emergency medical treatments, disaster relief, or direct beneficiary transfers cannot be refunded.
